Legend and Carol came to the line at 1:00 pm

R (Right) -  Through the pond - down the field and straight to her bird.

LF (Left Flyer) - Into the right corner of the pond - around the bush and then out - down the land and in to the pond - came in to the area in front of the guns - 2 loops and Smacked it!

R - Swam to the point and got out of the water - swam down to the fall area - made 1 loop and got her bird!

R - Into the pond - crossed the low side of the hill - into the 2nd pond - up the hill and straight to the bird!

LF - Out left of the cedars and went straight to the bird

R - Took the base of the dam - wide left of the guns - hooked the guns and came right  - straight to the bird

Legend and Carol came to the line at 11:42 am

RF - Into the 1st pond - over the land bridge - swimming in the 2nd pond - landed just a smidge past the gunners - ran right down the terrace to her bird.

L - Into the 1st pond on the left - over the land bridge - into the cattails and pond #2 - up the terrace - left of the gunners - around the back - went way deep - circled back again and she got it.

L - Straight to the fall area and the bird!

R - Stayed in front of the guns - left of the bush - set up a tight hunt in the fall area and got it

RF - Down the field - across the road and around the water - straight to the bird!

L - Down and into pond 1 - around pond 2 and up to the trees in the back right corner - back down to the area behind the guns and then on to the bird.

What is the origin of your dog's name?

Legend carries on her family legacy, honoring her grandmother Grady's Southern Dream Girl Mardi Gras QA2 (Mardi) and her mama, AFC Mardi Gras Let the Good Times Roll (Roux).  Descended from two accomplished females, Legend now sets out to make a legend of her own.

Tell us an interesting story about your dog ...

Legend made her Derby debut at the MVRC trial in Onaway, MI as the youngest dog to the line - while her Dad, Flex proudly held the title of oldest competitor in the Open and AM.  Legend finished with a derby 4th, Flex with a 3rd in the AM.
