Test Dogs - 10th Series

First test dog up for the 10th series was Tru and handler Don Fregelette  ... Tru came to the line at 10:33 am

R (Right) -  Into the pond - swam tot he far side - out to the will tree - a couple tight turns and she scooped it up!

LF (Left Flyer) - Into the near right corner of the pond - over the land bridge past the point - into the fall area and her bird. Very nice.

Next test dog up was Cy with handler Robby Bickley ... Cy came to the line at 10:40 am

R (Right) -  Into the pond - out to the left of the willow tree - turned right and went straight to the bird.

LF (Left Flyer) - Over land to the right of the 1st pond - into the 2nd pond - over the island - swam to the far shore - got out and hooked the gunners - 1 turn under the arc and a left to the bird. Got it.

This test is taking approximately 7-9 minutes per dog to complete.

Test Dogs - 9th Series

First test dog up for the 9th Series test was Cy and handler Robby Bickley ... Cy came to the line at 3:20 pm

L (Left) -  Cy went through the pond - didn't drive the hill quite far enough but he does get to the area and to the bird

R (Right) - Exited the pond and ran parallel to the shore to locate his bird.

Next test dog up was Tru with handler Don Fregelette.... Tru came to the line at 3:25 pm

L (Left) - Out through the pond and up the hill to the area of the fall - hunts deep and left of the gunners - came back around quartering her way to the bird.

R (Right) - Angled across the pond and exited in the area to scoop up her bird.

This test is taking approximately 5-7 minutes per dog to complete.

Test Dogs - 8th Series

First test dog up for the 8th series was Tru and handler Don Fregelette  ... Tru came to the line at 11:12 am

LF -  She approached the far shore a little left but drove the hill straight to her bird.

R - Nice line on this one - out across the 1st pond - took the shoreline after the point - across the land bridge and into the 2nd pond - across the corner and up the hillside to grab the bird by the brush pile.

Next test dog up was Cy with handler Robby Bickley ... Cy came to the line at 11:18 am

LF - Healing on the right - Robby calls for the birds - Cy made a nice entry through the pond - up the hill and directly to the bird

R - Healing left this time - Cy locked in and launched out across the pond - exiting midway to the point - he ran high on the hillside and into the next pond where he bent slightly left to come out - drive the hill and came in on the right - ran deep of the gunners - swings left and located the bird

This test is taking approximately 6-7 minutes per dog to complete.

**Head Marshal: Handlers are offered to view the line and walk to the shoreline.

Test Dogs - 7th Series

First test dog up for the 7th Series test was Cy and handler Robby Bickley ... Cy came to the line at 7:32 am

LF (Left Flyer) - Down the bowl to the big bush behind the flyer guns - started up towards the dead rooster station and was handled back to the flyer.

R (Right) - This is the bird Cy wanted to get from the start! He ran the base of the dam out to the area behind the gunners where he established a hunt - moved in front of the guns and got it!

Next test dog up was Tru with handler Don Fregelette.... Tru came to the line at 7:40 am

LF (Left Flyer) - 6 shots - I think they hit it but it was very wide left - dog had trouble finding this bird and the handler had to help

R (Right) - Ran the base of the dam - up into the fall area and straight to the bird.

This test is taking approximately 8 minutes per dog to complete.

Test Dogs - 6th Series

First test dog up for the 6th series was Tru and handler Don Fregelette  ... Tru came to the line at 11:15 am

RF -  Into the pond - out and down the dam to the next pond keeping her line - she entered the field under the arc - worked the terrace and found her bird

L - Tru angled into the pond - out and took the left corner of the cattails to reenter the corner of the 2nd pond - drove the hill to go around the gunners and to her bird.

Next test dog up was Cy with handler Robby Bickley ... Cy came to the line at 11:24 am

RF - Entered the right side of the pond - down the dam and into the next pond off the base of the point - angled across and came right to the bird.

L - Nice angle across the 1st pond - through the cattails and drove the hill - a couple loops and he located his bird.

This test is taking approximately 6-8 minutes per dog to complete.

L (Left) - Straight to his bird!

R (Right) - Out across the road and towards the guns - right of the bush to the fall area - a couple quick turns and he got it!

L (Left) - Out across the road and straight to the bird!

R (Right) - Across the road again - arriving left of the bush to the fall area - 1 loop and she got it!

First test dog up for this series was Tru and handler Don Fregelette  ... Tru came to the line at 9:50 am

RF - Out left of the small group of trees and across the road, up the dam, through the pond and to the fall area. A tight hunt and she had her bird.

L - Through pond one - going right along the base of the dam and she cut around the next pond and hits her mark. Got it.

Next test dog up was Cy with handler Robby Bickley ... Cy came to the line at 9:54 am

RF - Through the little group of trees, across the road and into the pond. A tight hunt ensued until he located his bird.

L - Good initial line through the first water and up the dam to the next pond - he exited the pond and pulled right - began to hunt right of the gunners - worked it out and headed to the fall area and his bird.

This test will take approximately 9 minutes per dog to complete.

First test dog up for the 3rd Series test was Cy and handler Robby Bickley ... Cy came to the line at 7:29 am

Off across the field - the dog went out of sight on the right to the end of the field and then hunted back and forth looking for his bird. He stayed to the right of the cedars.

Stayed high and left of the cedars - straight to the fall area and to her bird

F - Nice line out and over multiple terraces - got the bird

L - Down the draw and up the pond dam - across the pond and onto the bird

Next test dog up was Cy with handler Robby Bickley ... Cy came to the line at 1:29 pm

F - Cy is over the terraces and drives right to his bird

L - Out of the pond and he pulled right initiating a hunt - this hunt pattern expands to move into the fall area and the bird

This test is taking approximately 3-5 minutes per dog to complete.

Out across the road and up the hill -  back across the road deep of the gunners - he crosses the road again and got his rooster.

Next test dog up was Tru with handler Don Fregelette.... Tru came to the line at 10:55 am

Driving the hill - she arrived at the area between the road and the gunners - she got past the gunners and cut right to cross the road and grab her bird.

This test is taking approximately 2 minutes per dog to complete.
