Good Morning Everyone and Welcome to the 2025 National Derby Championship!
This morning we are kicking off the event at the 1st series test location. We have heard the National Anthem (video below!), had a presentation from Retrieving Freedom and our test dogs are getting ready to run. We will begin with our first running dog at 8:00 am.
The morning has started out with party cloudy skies and temps currently at 64 degrees. There is an expected high around 88 this afternoon with sunny skies, and a light wind of around 7 mph. We will update you with changing conditions as the day goes on of course ...
But for now, stay tuned as we prepare to begin the 9th running of the National Derby!
